What we collect when you contact or book us, why, and how to ask us to change or delete it.
Who we are

What we collect, and why
When you send an enquiry through the form on this website, we receive the details you type in: your names, phone number, email address if you give it, your event, date, venue, guest numbers, budget range, how you heard about us and any message. We use them only to reply to you and prepare a quote.
When you message or call us, we keep the conversation so we can follow up on your booking.
When you book us, we also keep your booking details, payment records and the photographs and videos we take at your event.
We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for anything you haven't asked for.
How your enquiry reaches us
The enquiry form sends your details to our email inbox through Cloudflare, the company that hosts this website. To stop spam, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a real person is using the form; it doesn't use advertising cookies. If you choose "Chat on WhatsApp", your details open in WhatsApp (run by Meta) and are sent only when you press send yourself. Nothing you type in the form is stored on this website.
Photographs of you and your family
We may show a small selection of photographs from your event in our portfolio, on this website and on our social media, as described in our booking terms. If you'd rather we didn't, tell us before your event. If a photograph of you is already online and you want it removed, message us and we'll take it down from our website and social media.
We don't publish photographs of children without a parent's permission.
This website
This website doesn't ask you to sign in and doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. To see how many people visit and which pages they read, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you. To show the site, a few other companies handle your request and so see your internet address: Cloudflare (hosting), Sanity (photographs) and Google (fonts). Films on this website play from YouTube (Google), but only after you press play; from then on, YouTube's own privacy policy applies. Links to Google Maps, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Pinterest take you to those services, and their own privacy policies apply there.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't become bookings: up to 12 months, then deleted.
- Booking and payment records: as long as the law requires for tax and accounts.
- Event photographs and videos: as set out in our booking terms.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. These rights come from India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Contact us at lester.fts@gmail.com and we'll reply within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
